Management is firmly committed to adopting all measures deemed necessary to address all aspects related to quality and to meet and exceed customer requirements, as well as legal and regulatory requirements. Proper management of supplier evaluation, commercialization, customer service, and the adequate execution of work is considered essential for this implementation, all of which will be subject to the corresponding internal controls, thus preventing any nonconformity and enabling the elimination of its causes through appropriate corrective and preventive actions.

As the basis of the Quality Policy, the Quality Manual is implemented, which is intended to be a living document and the source of continuous improvements in our company at all levels.
The technical and human resources necessary to apply this manual are provided, ensuring the continuous training, control, and motivation of all personnel.
